* ID verification is required for first-time use.
* Transportation service is available for an additional fee ($20 per one-way trip).
* Clients must inform us of the scheduled pick-up date and time at check-in.
* Any changes to pick-up time must be communicated in advance.
* We do our best to ensure a safe and comfortable environment; however, dogs may experience stress or changes in condition due to environmental transitions, and we appreciate your understanding.
* Up-to-date vaccinations are required: DHLPP (D = Distemper, H = Hepatitis, L = Leptospirosis, P = Parainfluenza, P = Parvovirus) or equivalent. Bordetella vaccination must be current within the past 12 months. Proof of vaccination is required prior to service.
* Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is required.
* Dogs must be freshly groomed (bathed and nails trimmed) within 2 weeks prior to use.
* Service is limited to healthy dogs aged 4 months to 15 years.
* Senior dogs (15+ years) with health conditions may be declined if care is deemed too physically demanding.
* Dogs with excessive, uncontrollable barking may not be accepted (except for training services).
* Dogs with biting, excessive scratching, or aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs may not be accepted (except for training services).
* Dogs in an unclean condition, with strong odor, heavy parasite infestation, or signs of illness may be declined at our discretion prior to or on the day of service.
* Unneutered male dogs cannot be accepted (except puppies).
* Dogs in heat or pregnant dogs may not be accepted.
* Any medical conditions, infectious diseases, ongoing treatments, medication use, or possible pregnancy must be disclosed in advance.
* We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion if we determine it is not suitable for the dog.
* A Meet & Greet interview and compatibility assessment are required prior to service.
* Owners must provide their dog’s food for boarding and daycare services.
* No refunds will be issued for early pick-ups.
* If a dog is not picked up without notice, we will contact the emergency contact. If no response is received, ownership may be considered transferred after 7 days from the scheduled pick-up date. Additional boarding fees will apply for delayed pick-up.
* In case of illness or injury during care, we will contact the owner for instructions. In emergencies or if contact cannot be made, we will act at our discretion. All medical costs are the owner’s responsibility.
* While we provide care with love and attention, we are not liable for illness, injury, escape, theft, accidents, or natural disasters occurring beyond our control.
* We are not responsible for post-service stress-related conditions such as digestive issues, appetite changes, or illness after returning home.
* No exceptions can be made to this policy.

* Dog food (please bring their regular diet)
* Food bowl (their familiar bowl is preferred; otherwise, we will provide one)
* 2–3 sets of clothing for dogs used to wearing clothes at home — boarding dogs only
* Favorite treats or chews
* Blankets or toys your dog is attached to — boarding dogs only
* Any regular medication
* Any additional items that help your dog feel safe and comfortable
